The Duties of the Project Supervisor are to carry out the appropriate duties as specified in the SHWW Construction Regulations 2013 and any other duties that allow the Client to comply with the SHWW Act 2005.
There are two Project Supervisors:
- Design Stage and
- Construction Stage.
The Project Supervisor can be an individual or a Company, it is most often the latter.
SHWW stands for Safety, Health and Welfare at Work.
